Endoscopic myectomy for hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy

Obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is succesfully treated surgically, with myectomy often accompanied by mitral valve repair.

In the last five years we have performed more than 100 myectomy surgeries. This operation is performed by our team totally endoscopiclly (our centre is one of the few in the world that performs this method). Endoscopic myectomy, in addition to its excellent results in eliminating symptoms, offers the advantage of rapid recovery too.
